AEREON, a single-source supplier of environmentally-compliant gas and vapor combustion, handling and recovery equipment, recently received Hydrocarbon Engineering’s Advertising Excellence Award for the company’s ad in the July 2014 issue of the magazine.
AEREON was selected for the award based on the results of an independent reader study by Readex Research, which graded if company’s advertisements were attention-getting, informative and believable. Ranking higher than the issue average in all three categories, AEREON received reader feedback that compared the company to leading industry competitors.
“We first announced AEREON in March, so for our advertisement to have such a positive impact on readers just a few months later is exciting and truly a testament to our hard work,” said Mark Zyskowski, senior vice president of global sales and marketing for AEREON. “We have come a long way from merging Flare Industries and Jordan Technologies, and AEREON is well-positioned to continue our rapid growth, led in-part by our excellent sales and marketing team.”
Four photos of natural gas worksites were prominently featured in AEREON’s ad, as well as a header stating, “Big enough to execute. Small enough to care.” The company’s global capabilities were also listed, including eight types of flares for customers of different sizes with varying needs. Near the bottom of the ad, the AEREON logo and tagline were included, as well as the sub-brands of Flare, Jordan and Mactronic.
The founding of AEREON was a result of Flare’s acquisition of Jordan in Sept. 2012. Headquartered in Austin, Texas, AEREON operates in 45 countries, with 325 employees worldwide and offices in the U.S., Canada, Italy, U.K, United Arab Emirates, South Korea and Australia.
